Serving as general contractor for developer Canvas Residential Partners, Center Park Group built both the townhomes and amenities, adding another purpose-built rental community to one of the Charlotte area’s fastest-growing suburban markets. Vertical construction began in July 2024 and completed in June 2026.

Floor plans range from approximately 1,588 to 1,748 square feet and feature three- and four-bedroom layouts, two-and-a-half bathrooms, attached two-car garages, open-concept living spaces, designer lighting fixtures and quartz countertops. Residents also enjoy a centralized greenspace, sidewalks and a community garden designed to encourage outdoor living and neighborly connection.
