This collaboration marks the fourth partnership between Canvas Residential and Center Park Group, with both companies successfully delivering BTR communities in the greater Charlotte metro area. With sitework commencing in January 2023 and wrapping up just shy of a year later, significant vertical construction progress has already been achieved since the start of 2024. Currently, 14 buildings are underway on site, with more scheduled for release this month, marking an exciting milestone in the community’s development.
